Bethany, an attorney and champion of civil rights, has devoted her professional life to advancing justice for marginalized communities. With a fervent commitment to ensuring equal opportunities, Bethany focuses on holding employers accountable, particularly in support of women, racial minorities, the LGBT+ community, and individuals with disabilities.

With a wealth of experience in social justice advocacy, Bethany is also a Social Worker and community leader who established a local nonprofit dedicated to promoting race and gender justice. Recognized for her tireless efforts, she has received accolades such as the Cleveland NAACP Unsung Hero, NAOMI Women of Distinction, and the We Still Rise Award from Higher Heights for America, in honor of her impactful advocacy for systemic justice.

Bethany earned a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Akron, followed by a Master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and a law degree from the University of Akron. With a career spanning over a decade, she has been actively engaged in supporting at-risk populations and championing the principles of equity, fairness, and inclusive opportunities for everyone.
