Kara M. DelTufo Boston, Massachusetts
Kara concentrates her practice in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation and education law. Kara represents a wide-range of clients, from local colleges and universities to small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She handles disability, gender, age and race discrimination cases before Massachusetts' state and federal courts, as well as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition to experience in employment and education matters, Kara has experience in contract, intellectual property, and non-competition disputes. She has advised clients on matters ranging from employment policies for Fortune 500 companies to student handbooks and education policies for colleges and universities.
